We had a really good stay in London close to the bustle of Covent Garden. Unbeatable setting for everything we could possibly need.- It was great to have an excellent buffet breakfast at the High Holborn residence.

The apartment was great base for sightseeing in London, loved it. Staff was useful and amicable despite our late arrival. The building was very good.

It was nice to have rooms with a microwave and fridge, for example. I had easy check-in...

The check-in process was quick and the bed was very comfortable, the room was pretty clean.

The apartment was fairly clean and had location just next door to Waterloo Bridge and store or restaurant and theatre. The staff team was attentive and efficient. Had a wonderful stay in 9 nights, we would stay there again.

Really nice stay, satisfied with this affordable apartment. The staff were caring and was willing to help with anything. Fast check-in & late check-out, good service. The bathroom was clean and fairly clean.

This place was amazing and right in the city center. The prices were really good, which was a nice surprise. 😊

Location excellent. Room quiet, clean and spacious. Plenty clothes space. On par with 3* London hotels with the added bonus of a Kitchenett for self catering. Not luxury but superior student accomodation , adequate and functional. Outstanding value for money at a fraction of the cost of 3* hotels on the Strand without the daily housekeeping. .

Minor things really, no tv or wifi in rooms (but available on site). Room Safe only Available to students not guests - why? Only one fob key. Like a lot of hotels no easy chairs in rooms.

Neat building, fab location and people.

The staff is really helpful and top-class. The hotel has a magnificent and incredible setting, very close to sightseeing places, Covent Garden, and Holborn metro stations. It's a nice comfy base for a short break.

It smelt awful in the corridors Very uninspiring decor in the rooms with almost no attention to making the place look nice. Very dirty plugholes etc in the bathroom

Location, Location,Location we were in the heart of the theatre district and loved it

Didn't feel like leaving - I would happily go back again. Really enjoyed pretty much everything, nothing too much trouble.- It was located in a local area short walk to Leicester Square, the center of London's cinema land where the film premieres take place.

Wrong choice for me

Hostel not hotel and over priced

Loved the location, close to the theatres and restaurants. Liked being able to prepare my own meals with the kitchenette.

Alas, the LSE Grosvenor is only available for 6 weeks over the summer holidays until end of September - and then reverts back to student accommodation.
